Link aggreagation b/w routerboard and switch

I need some help with setting up link aggregation b/w RB493G and HP 1810G switch.

I am confused. MikroTik offers 802.3ad link aggregation by way of bonding. This method, according to some people, uses CPU cycles of routerboad hence rendering it less effective.

Instead, some guru suggested to use a switch’s capability instead. The HP1810G-24 is 802.3ad is compliant.

The issue is however I dont know how to configure at 493G end since I would line to use 3 cables b.w RB493G and HP1810G.

Would appreciate some help, please.
