link in snmp V3

Hello,
We use snmp V3. So, we try to create a link between 2 switchs but it is not good.

After enter the parameters the link show:

  1. the Tx/Rx speed Ok
    After, a few seconds later the link shows:
    (2) Rx: [Interface.InBitRate]
    Tx: [Interface.OutBitRate]
    and a few seconds later the link shows:
    (3)Rx: 0 bps/Tx 0 bps
    and a few seconds later
    (2)
    (3)
    .
    .
    but never (1)

When I select snmp V1, no problem, the link speed is Ok, but because securities requirements I would like SNMP V3.

please check if you have correctly set up SNMPv3 security features. if not, then better use SNMPv1 as there is no real difference is security features are not used.

The SNMPv3 security features are set correctly because I see the Snmpv3 responses on a Wireshark sniffer.
Is it a bug ? (I have the same problem on 3.6 and 4.0beta3 version)
