Link issue on CRS-310-8G-2S

I have a new CRS-310 running SwOS 2.18 and have a issue with getting a link from a single specific device on my network.
It’s Gato Audio Network stream that links up perfectly with 3 other switches that I have tried with. On the CRS-310 I get no link, no matter if I run auto or try a specific speed setting for the port.

I can get it to work by adding a swich in between the device and the CRS-310 so I know cables etc. are working ok.

No error messages on the switch or anything, any way to troubleshoot on the CRS-310?

i’ve 3 CRS310, but only on routeros, never use and try swos.

I’ve see this fix in 7.20.1 :

*) routerboard - fixed non-running interfaces for CRS310-8G+2S+IN after booting to SwOS ("/system routerboard upgrade" required) (introduced in v7.20);

Thanks, not the issue here as interface works with other devices, just not my network streamer.

Have you try forced speed/duplex

Yes, all combinations has been tried.

Juste on one interface OR all ?

Have you change the cable category ? and brand ? I already have some mistake on cisco switches with bad connector
