*) route - fixed incorrectly set nexthop interfaces for BGP VPN routes;
“support for Advertising IPv4 Network Layer Reachability Information (NLRI) with an IPv6 Next Hop” != “Link-Local Next Hop Capability“ if you want to say that it’s the same 
I simply searched for everything containing "next" in changelog of 7.20.
You could have searched for yourself instead of commenting on others who did the job for you ...
