i want to transfer 90 mb down and 30 mb upload,distance more 50 km
What are the equipment needed to transfer this amount?

90 / 30 Mbps real throughput in 50 km? I think you need more than Mikrotik. try some Motorola PTP600 Full license with at least 40 dBi 6ft Dual Pol Antenna
a 50km link would be a unreliable link.
I would find at least 1 hop
If his link cross the sea, what now? Where is the hop? the navy 
I have install 60 km Motorola PTP500 lite (54Mbps license) link, it cross the sea. everything is ok without hop. I got 42Mbps real throughput.
I used Laird HDDA5W-32xx Dual Pol 32dBi antenna.
Try to use Motorola Link Planner to test the condition.
