Hello ,
I plan to bring 5 pcs 2MPIX ,IP video camera with the maximum theoretical bandwidth of 16Mbps each, over a distance of 3km simultaneous. It is an agricultural field with direct visibility and the good Fressnel area. I recently tested with a binocular and plan to raise the antennas a few more meters. The local distributor indicated to me MikroTik RBLHGG-5acD although I have good experience with MikroTik RBSXTG-5HPacD-HG SXT HG5 ac on video transmission up to 3-4Mbps / camera. How much should I add to these 5 x 16Mbps to see if I fit the budget of the connection?

I tested a WI-FI connection in the lab. Although the camera manufacturer requires a 16Mbps bandwidth, it normally does not consume more than 5-6Mbps and rarely reaches 6,2Mbps. I noticed this situation in many brands of cameras. The wi-fi network adds another 20% -30% bandwidth. However, I did not see more than 8.2Mbps and this is extremely rare and short. Case closed from my point of view.
