link with lowest delay work(very important)

Dear all ,
**i have routerboard RB951UI and i have 3 different internet resources ,the three was connected to the router , i don’t want to make load balance but i want the link which has the lowest delay work automatically .

(that mean one link with lowest delay work and the other two link standby).**

Fascinating…

Make one script that ping individually same server (game server I suppose…) from different ISP, and leave enabled only the one with lowest latency.

the other solution is to do it manually…
