Hi!! I want to know the best lan switch that support mikrtotik POE.
I Ttry to Use a Linksys SRW208 P and a switch Allied telesyn AT800/POE but both does not work whit. i can connect a IP telephone and it works fine. someone have a POE Switch that work whit a RB500 ??

Unfortunately the RB 532 is out of POE spec. If you have logging in your switch you will see that the RB asked for more watts then the switch allows. Only some POE switches work with 532 even though it has the .af communications.
PS. I think this is a problem with the standard and the switches strict requirement to meet standards, not the MT board.
RB532r5 has been tested with some Linksys POE switches
and works?
No way with my Netgear PoE switch.
