Is the port flapping frequent or not ?

Does something like that exist ? 
The problem happened sporadically and it has been resolved, cause is known. The point is to detect it quickly by some mechanism.
I do not know if there is such a security in Mikrotik (I know it from Cisco switches), so I ask if anyone in Mikrotik thought about it.
As far as i know there is no Link Flap Prevention in MikroTik.
