Is there a way to add multiple items in proxy or access lists.
Eg. deny *sex *porn or in proxy cache *zip *exe *avi.

Yes you can do it. Just check the manual and history of this forum for examples.

In addition to Maximan post, you may set up transparent proxy, than proxy will be unvisible for end user.
