Yes there is, official Mikrotik website have filters where you can specify that you want devices with dual power supply.

That is of course a good way to find devices with two builtin AC power supplies. BTW, the selector does not appear on the start page, you first have to browse to a category. Strange.
When you are looking for all dual-powering options it becomes a little more complicated, because many devices offer a second powering option like PoE-in or plain DC terminal block, and you could add a second powersupply using that (they are sold separately, as are power injectors to use PoE).
