Hello
I found a little mistake. The old release use same port to winbox. When upgrade it I lost the communication, because the firewall block the new winbox port. Please put a new rule to enable the new port, when it is changed!
(The router is far away, in a high tower 
so I must walking a little)
Can you not SSH into it? then open the firewall
try to telnet it it if it got connected
go to ip firewall filter
then do a print
and remove the rule that block all traffic
I blocked any other incoming port included ssh telnet etc (because Iām very paranoid? 
)
/the problem solved from local console - give a new rule with the new port/
