i´v a problem with my routeros on cf-card. i had a routeros v2.9.7 level6 license. then i updated it to v2.9.20 as described in the manual. and now the license is gone!!!
so is there a way to bring it back…please

is the software-id change or still the same?
if you bought the license from reseller, contact them, they should have backup of your license key.
or send email to support@mikrotik.com, dan inform them your software-id
maybe WIYB-XXX is the software-id?
