lmit speed through ip addresse with 254 ip addresses

on routerboard 450

i have configured it as follow:

eth1 for WAN
eth2 for LAN
DHCP and NAT with masquerate

what i want is limiting speed with LAN port for each ip address with 256 kbps.

i don’t want to limit speed with “queue simple” with ip one by one until 254 ip addresses.

so does anyone know the best way to do this?
