Is possible to use load balance with two ADSL dinamica IP in MT?, without using routers.

The short answer is no, MikroTik do not currently support ADSL cards directly, so you need to use external ADSL routers and connect via Ethernet.
There is support for Xpeed SDSL cards.
Several people have the same issue and have requested MikroTik to develop support for Sangoma S518 ADSL cards. If you would like to help this come to fruition, please goto the New Functions voting area and increment the value for Sangoma S518 support.
