Load Balance 2 routerboard with 2 difference link speed

Hi all,

I have 2 site that is will connected with 2 routerboard RB1100 and 2 difference link speed , 1 link is 10 Mb and other is 4 Mb, What is the best method to load balance this 2 link so I can get 14 Mb.
