Load Balance and IP Public

Hello, I am using x86 RouterOS
I have 4 ISP, which is to be this function :
2 ISP for Client internet access, I use load balance in this scenario, and it is OK.
1 ISP for financial routing by marking destination address and it is OK
1 ISP for IP Public for several Server. And this one is not ok. I am new for IP Public, I have follow this youtube videos :

And the result,
If 3 of my other ISP Online, my Public IP is not accessible from outside.
Is there any tutorial that I can learn? Any help?

If you want help, you can describe in more detail what exactly you did, or post your config, so someone can try to spot what’s wrong. Not many people will watch long Youtube videos, because it doesn’t really say anything useful, even if the instructions are correct (not always the case), there’s no guarantee that you followed them correctly, and the problem can be result of that.
