Hi all! I’ve been reading the Mikrotik documentation regarding the load balance options and one of them, the ECMP with masquerade, states that “every 10 minutes routing table is flushed for security reasons”.
I’ve implemented the ECMP load balance with masquerade in a Mikrotik (6.37.5) with 3 links and a hotspot. Testing an active user in the hotspot with some real time applications such as Skype, Hangouts and Twitch I’ve not verified loss of connectivity with the internet.
So I was wondering, will the flush of the routing table make the hotspot users to loose internet connection?
