I need help to make my load balancing with 2 LAN and 2 WAN, the idea is that the 2 WAN, go together for the 2 LAN, I read the various tutorials, which I worked until I realized that these tutorials were for 2 WAN and 1 LAN, please need help. Thank you very much!

PCC is no different for two LANs vs one LAN. Just duplicate all the rules that mention the LAN interface once per LAN.

Although I have another query about it, is that you just added WAN I can not ping the gateway of the WAN, it is normal or I have a problem, I got this information:
IP 190.5.115.6
NETMASK: 255,255,255,252
GATEWAY 190.5.115.5
