Is this possible i have multiple connections bringing internet can i use a mikrotik router board to give out 1 sold link of the 4 internet links example each link brings 1mb of internet connectivity if i combine them i should get 1 solid output of 4mb internet link?

You are not going to get actual 4mbps out of 4 1mbps links.
The best you can do is load-balance on the 4 links on a connection by connection basis in a round robin fashion. This will give you 1mbps per connection. So download mangers will see 4mbps and P2P with multiple connection will also get 4mbps.
But, streaming and VoIP won’t get 4mbps. At best, 4 different simultaneous 1mbps connections.
