Does Load balancing on mikrotik really work? and what are its limitations. I have had somebody configure the same for me but am finding some issues with certain sites. Eg mail.yahoo.com, i can login and get the messages but when it comes to clicking to read the messages or hitting the reply button then nothing happens and if it does then after a long wait please advise. But under normal routing on a single WAN everything works fine. Please advise

more details, please. all kinds of balancing imply multiple WANs for one LAN - that is why it is called ‘balancing’ 
This is 2 WANS to 1 LAN. ie is balancing traffic passing through the WAN’s at a ration of 2:1 as one link has double bandwidth as opposed to another. There is a Hotspot on The LAN Side

do you use proxy? how do you balance connections? just random, or every user (by IP) has persistent gateway per session?
Transperent proxy removed as this was a hinderance and the sessions are random per user any help
