i have

  • 6 pppoe client from the same isp .
  • rb 1100 .
    i wont load balancing . with output hotspot

get two routers - one for hotspot other for load balancing.

Hotspot is using almost all RouterOS features to work, it is hard to combine them with policy routing and load balancing, only sollution is if your ISP supports MLPPP, then you can create single pppoe client interface and utilize all 6 connections. You should ask your ISP if they support it.
