Load Balancing multiple subnet links with unequal bandwidth

Dear All,

I am newbie for mikrotik, please help me to configure load balancing.

I have two WAN links with unequal paths i.e 10 mbps and 15 mbps, both links are from same ISP and same gateway i.e 10.164.164.1.

please some one write configuration steps.
