Load balancing of 3 WAN's

Hi,
I want to use 3 WAN’s in my office.
My router is RB3011UiAS-RM and these are the ports i’m using:

1- ADSL modem 192.168.1.1
2- 4G modem A 192.168.2.1
3- 4G modem B 192.168.3.1
4- Switch for all lined connections in office
5- switch for all wireless hot spots.
9- Config Port

I want to use all modems in the best possible way, Iv’e tried some load balancing youtube guides but it didn’t work for me.
I need a step by step guide for doing this.

When dealing with multiple WANs, always remember to properly mark your connections, regardless of whether you utilize policy routing, load balancing, or neither.
Rule of thumb: everything must exit out the same way it gets in.
