Load Balancing on incoming connections

I would like to load balance my internet that is shared to 2 other remote networks via PTP links.
I have a 50mb fiber line that I share to my 2 remote networks connected via radios. All works well.
What I want to do is “Equal bandwidth share” the 50mb line to the 3 networks. (only one connection= 50mb, 2 connections= 25mb, 3 connections = 16,6mb, etc)

Is this possible?

When you create the simple queue, use target = 192.168.1.0/22

I have not tried this on different subnets yet, so please provide some feedback
