Load Balancing over multiple gateways with 3.28

I wish to use load balancing over multiple gateways as seen in the Wiki: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Load_Balancing_over_Multiple_Gateways
But in the last version of RouterOS there are different options.
I have some problems with router mark settings.
Can you tell me the right settings i have to do for this type of load balancing with 3.28?

When you set the new route in IP-Routes there is Mark option to mark the two ISP’connection. But in the new version of RouterOS (3.28) there isn’t this particular option or it’s different. How i could resolve this issue?

Routing Mark is still here and will always be here, I think =)

route-tag  routing-mark
