I bet you are facing to the routing priority issue (silently changed after ROS v7.2.1) http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/routing-priority-issue/158587/38 . If yes, v 7.2.1 still should work for you and not any higher. Mikrotik still has it reported as an “issue” but with no ETA for fix
