Load BALANCING with 2 wan Help me

Now i run 10Mbps ILL In the mikrotik router i run redius to manage the user bandwidth.

i also run captive portal for user authentication.

Now a days i get a another ISP who offer me a big local peering speed. so i want to froward all my P2P download data through this ISP and also

i need to set the p2p or peering( torrent download ) download speed as unlimited to all customer and other bandwidth as user manager.

Please help me. Thank you.

Hello,

this would be not really able to do, and when only by packet marking
but trust my words it is in my opinion better, to go by load balancing.

Load balancing methods:
service based lb
session based lb
policy based lb

I suggest you to try out the policy load balancing method in your case
and then you can use traffic shaping to your users.
