Load Balancing

My microtik router is currently working as DHCP server and leasing ip’s
Setup is as follow
Isp ONT’ microtik ppoe, unmanaged switch 24 ports , end machines
I want to install TP link load balancer between microtik router and switch , is it possible for me to make microtik router to work as DHCP and lease ip’s to end devices even if add load balancer in between router and switch ?

What is the purpose of this TP load balancer device? Do you have a model number.
Also the MT router can do load balancing, and may not require another device

I have two ISPs I am connect to one ISP through PPoe from my microtik and now I want to integrate other isp which is also proving internet through PPPoe , I just want to install TP link load balancer just to balance the load on both isp and avoid complete outage
Currently users are manually connected to one ISP and few on other ISB
Both isp are integrated as below
Isp1 microtik,unmnaged switch,user
Isp2 ONT, umnaged switch,user

Adding further my MT has one internet/PPeo port only

What is model of MT?
Also your second connection is not accurately described.

AN ONT is a modem, which cannot directly connect to your PC, it needs to either go an ISP device before the PC or your own router before the PC… to terminate the ONT output.

MY MT model is mikrotik rb750gr3
further , in secondary connection dialing is configured on ONT and by Ethernet Port from ONT it is connect with my seperate 24 ports unmanaged switch
