Load Balancing?

I’ve briefly skimmed the write up for load balancing, but my question is if it will work properly with my setup.

I have 2 WAN connections available, one is a cable connection 70m/5m, but not unlimited monthly bandwidth.
The other connection 4 bonded T1s, 6m/6m and unlimited monthly bandwidth.

If I use the standard load balancing setup, will it properly balance between the two? Is there a way for it to use the 6mb WAN connection before using the other connection?

My network is basically a small wifi network serving free wifi in rental building to 50-100 users.

It depends on how you do the load-balancing. If you use PCC it will use both connections at the same time.
