configured IPsec

firewall / mangle rules, fasttrack enabled? what speed are your connections, etc

NOW, load CPU is normal, but what this been?

UPD: i have two MT (1 - major - CCR1016-12G, 2 - slave - RB2011UiAS. between thim configured IPsec. Load CPU have been on the slave MT. The major MT - normal.

I will recommend for testing disable everything except rules for IPSec,and take look how will go. And then if you really need rest of the rules..yee you can enable by care

i had some thing similar when the dns remote request was on my cpu ran crazy.
