Loadbalancing Speed Above Interface Speed Limit

Hello. I would like to ask for your help..

I have 4 interfaces with different ISP. Each have 100mbps. When I check the status of my RX, I am getting 400mbps each interface. Is this normal? It’s like combining all speed.

When I check my mikrotik interfaces, it reaches above 400mbps each interface. But when I check my mrtg, it doesn’t. I already update to latest version 6.46.7 but still have the same problem. I didn’t change any on my configurations.
