Lock station to specific AP with wave2 package?

Hello
I want to connect to a specific AP where there are several AP’s with the same SSID, by forcing the router to connect to AP with specific MAC/BSSID only
It was possible with wireless package (https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/Wireless#Restrict_station_connections_only_to_specific_access_points)
Can this still be done with wave2/“WiFi” package? If so, how??
If not, this should seriously be considered as an essential feature in an upcoming update. Even openwrt supports this
Thank you

Ok, this is how it is. The same menu is not there. But there is “ACCESS LIST” where you can add the MAC of the AP and ACTION:ACCEPT.

Thnx
Did I do something incorrectly? this doesn’t seem to work

This function works in the opposite way. You can prevent the client from connecting to other APs by creating a deny rule on each AP.

Yes, but what about if my router is the client(station) and I want to force it to connect to AP with specific MAC/BSSID?

This could be done with wireless package. I’m getting mixed signals about whether it can be done now with wave2 implementation. Looks like it’s not (yet) supported if the access list only works for a radio that’s in AP mode, but not station mode?

Mikrotik please take note. This is a very useful function and needed for feature parity with ROSv6, please! There are so many mystical configuration options in the new wifi menu that 99% of people won’t use, but even this most basic functionality is missing? It’s peculiar to say the least. The new driver should be an improvement all-round. I shouldn’t have to think about downgrading to the ancient driver just to get some simple functionality working again as expected. Just saying, lol

Make another rule to “reject” everyone
