/log print question

I’m trying to copy the log but am having a few problems

When I click “log” in winbox I see some entries between 15:10 and 18:54. But when I do a “/log print” those entries are missing. I’ve set log lines to 2000, could this be affecting it somehow? Also, how do I print the whole log and can I save it to a file?

Perhaps it is better to save all logs to the file directly, go to /system logging (/system logging action) to modify logging settings.
