logged out: host removed: overrided by static entry
this message appear in log and logged out people in Hotspot Active i don’t know why . can some one tell me what can i do to remove this problem ???

What do you use for authentication? Local user database? User manager? FreeRADIUS?

i’m use normal Hotspot with user profiles nothing else not user manger or FreeRADIUS

You don’t have an ip set in “/ip hotspot user” for any users, do you?

/ip hotspot user
print detail

edit: It would be an entry as “address” associated with a specific user.

edit2: You can use that “address” entry, but insure the ips you use are not issued by the dhcp server. It also means only one simultaneous login with that username.

i make user static from Leases in DHCP Server , not add ip in Hotspot user

That lease should not be issued to any device except the mac address in “/ip dhcp-server lease”. I don’t know what to tell you now, unless you are getting login requests from clients behind a remote router for some reason. Sometimes they show up as the same mac address, but normally my hotspot will think all clients behind a remote router are logged in once one user behind the router logs in. That is due to a masquerade in the remote router. I have not tried a remote router on the hotspot interface that is not masqueraded.

There is one thing I can think of to help you troubleshoot this. Enable debug logging for the hotspot.

/system logging
add topics=hotspot,debug action=memory

See if that gives you a hint to why it is logging out one user in favor of another.

Thanx SurferTim for help me , i found this the problem i think

for example :
hotspot, debug hotspot1: failed to add dynamic host 00:60:B3:22:xx:72/10.1.1.27, ip 10.1.1.6: to-address is already used
