logged out lost dhcp lease???

hi to you all
am running a small hotspot business on rb2011 v6.34 with usermanger ,sometimes users r getting kicked out suddenly,today i check the log and i noticed this message " logged out lost dhcp lease"what does it mean ?and how to prevent it?,the lease time is set to 24 hours,and the user got kicked out after only 1 hour.

and another question that may sound stupid am sorry but please bare with me,i enabled the bind option in the usermanager , i got this weird complain that when user try to re-enter his user and password he got “invalid calling station id” message,although he is using the same device he used in their first login,i checked the log and i noticed that his MAC address when trying to re-login was partially changed from “XX.XX.XX.XX.XX” to “YY.YY.XX.XX.XX”,is that even possible???

am not sure if these 2 problems r connected to each other

Set address pool to none on ip/hotspot/servers
Worked for me.

I’m affraid i’m having the same issue, my problem is that i had to activate pool in hotspot because dhcp server was saying it had an invalid configuration and didnt want to activate until i assigned the pool to hotspot, i will try and see if it not deactivates my dhcp server again
