Logging / mysterious ether disabled

I mysteriously had ether3 disable on my RB500. When I looked in the logs it said, system info device changed. I then manually enabled it and the log said system info device changed by admin.

What kind of things might have caused it to get disabled?
How can I get my logs to be more descriptive? What device was changed. How was it changed?

Running RouterOS 2.9.50

You can look at ‘system logging’ for different topics.
But it is not possible to get information, which interface was changed and how.
