Logging of RouterOS upgrade.

I just looked at what was logged (to mys syslog/splunk server) when I upgraded from 6.38.1 to 6.38.3
Here is what I did see:

system, info, account MikroTik: user jotne logged in from 10.10.10.129 via web
system,info MikroTik: item added
system,info MikroTik: item added
interface, info MikroTik: ether4 link up (speed 1G, full duplex)
interface, info MikroTik: ether3 link up (speed 1G, full duplex)
interface, info MikroTik: ether5 link up (speed 1G, full duplex)
interface, info MikroTik: ether1 link up (speed 1G, full duplex)
system, info, account MikroTik: user jotne logged out from 10.10.10.129 via web

I do send all logs to the syslog. In view above, I have excluded firewall, dns, dhcp since they are not important here.
What I am some disappointed with, no trace of someone was upgrading or rebooting the unit.
Would it be possible to add some information about the upgrade in the logs?

Also the name of the button Download & Install should be changed to Download & Install & Reboot. I was not asked about that this would reboot the unit.
On Cisco you can upgrade, then reboot later. You are also asked of if you would like to continue with reboot. (reload)
