Logging question

Put one of these into a network.
http://www.elertus.com/products/

Its a device that can monitor temps and so forth in a wine cellar.

It jumps on the wireless for 2 seconds then it disconnects. It repeats this every 30 minutes.

This activity is filling up my logs, so I see nothing but it getting IP assigned then IP deasigned.

Is there something I can add to /system logging to not log actions from this device by MAC address?

Thanks

I don’t think there is an option to filter by mac address. Your options are: 1) disable the log rule or 2) edit the log rule and add a topic, put the ! in the checkbox and select dhcp . Add another topic, the !, and wireless. That’ll stop the “Assigned/deassigned” log entries as well as log entries about associating clients.

Wireless is from another vendor.

Is there a list of all the headers for logging?

Log headers are called Topics, you can view a list of them when adding a new log rule. See attached image.
