Does anyone konw if it is possible to send to the log the web addresses that users visit from the hotspot service?

If you want the specific URLs that the guest are requesting, you need to pass them through a proxy and get the logs off of that. The MikroTik has a built in one you can use, or you can set up a dedicated proxy server and forward guests to that with a NAT rule.
If you want a list of IP addresses that guests went to, look into netflows and setting up a collector.
