Are you sure about that version?

But despite that, if you would please post “/ip hotspot profile” and “/radius” if you are using a radius server for authentication.

You can x out the critical stuff, like ip and secret on the radius entry.

/ip hotspot profile

That is what I thought. There is no hotspot service in the radius section.

/radius
add service=hotspot address=xx.xx.xx.xx secret=radiussecret

Would there be any reason it would stop function /lose this data? I had everything up and running yesterday.

There is really only one way that happens. If you accidentally enter “Safe Mode”, any changes you make while in safe mode will not survive a logout. Press [CTRL]X to enter Safe Mode. It is flip-flop logic.

Checking into this, the service “ppp” is handling the hotspot connections as well as ppp connections.

I use only the hotspot service in the radius section. I do not have a ppp entry in any of my routers. Of course, I do not get that error either. :sunglasses:

Ok, Just seems odd that it was functioning properly, and then it isn’t. I guess I will just set it up again. Thanks!
