Hi there,
I’m new to the hotspot voucher card system. I’m trying to get my head around it. If any one have any idea or solution to my problem please let me know.
Someone has installed a mikrotic RouteBoard RB2011UiAS-RM in a restaurant to create a hotspot voucher card system. He initially generated 100 voucher cards for them to sell to customers who connected to the login page and needed access. The 100 cards were working perfectly. Now the guy has disappeared, no where to be found. Now that the restaurant staff are printing voucher cards from the user manager panel, from the login page the user name and password generated from the system is not working. Its saying username or password invalid.
The setup details are as follows
- routerboard license level is 5
- routerboard os is version 6.1
-our internet access through the modem(WAN) to the cisco 800 series router default vlan is a 192.168.17.0 /24 network (Gateway/vlan address - 192.168.17.18 /24) - No DHCP provided by cisco 800 series router.
- Now Port1 (Ether1-Gateway has IP address 192.168.17.254)
- Port 2 (LAN has the IP address of 10.1.1.1 / 24)
- Radius server installed on hotspot. Same router board device.
- Use manager installed.
- DHCP installed on ether2 (LAN port)
- An AP is connected to port 2 (LAN)
-ehter1 (WAN) is connected to router VLAN1
Would there be a limit like after 100 voucher cards it cannot print more, i’m not sure. It was working until after 100 cards, the next cards could not authenticate at the login page.
