Login problem - bad rule

Hello,

i was trying to block facebook in IP/Firewall/Filter rules, make some mistake and now i can not access to my mikrotik.
My network is working, but VPN dont have access too.
What to do?
How to access it to delete this facebook rule?

may I somehow do this via Command prompt? i dont know how to access it via cmd

/ip firewall filter add action=accept chain=input disabled=no dst-port=8291 protocol=tcp place-before=0

Click on the MAC address of your device in Winbox to connect using MAC-Winbox.

This is a pure L2 connection, so is not blocked by Firewall.

Then do all the changes through that.
