We have been having an issue with logging in our mikrotik account on winbox. It doesn’t show anything. We cant find the neighbor account or anything. I dont know what to do because we need to add new accounts on there for other connections but we can’t access it. We tried it online but Im not sure if I have done it properly. Do you know how to solve this issue? We cant login on a phone or on a laptop
