I did some google searching but maybe am not asking the right question?
A help gives commands that look like kernel level.
Any ideas whats wrong?
are you sure you connected to a RouterOS machine? maybe you mistyped address, or router does some redirect?
if that is router running RouterOS and you are not running guest where you are logged in via console, try to reinstall it using netinstall tool
