Login,system error critical failure

hello everybody, its the 3rd time that im writting here, and nobody doesnt answer to me, this thing is happening so much, every time i log on my router i see thiss message..please help me tell me what is this and how can i stop this..

what version do you use? if the latest - then write to support(@)mikrotik.com

no i use 2.9.6 version…its not mikrotik version problem..ThankYOuu
