I’m trying to log in to help.mikrotik.com/servicedesk/ for open a ticket. But I completely forgot my username and password 
I registered there in 21, solved one problem and that’s it.
When I try to recover my password, the site asks me for a login, and if I try to register a new user, the system says that this e-mail address is already in use.
Is there any way I can recover my login and password using by email?
