LogMeIn Access

I’m a new RouterOS user and am having trouble accessing PC’s behind them with LogMeIn. The oddest part is that occasionally I’m able to remote into a machine without trouble, but more often than not it just hangs and times out. Anyone have any clues as to where to start to troubleshoot this problem?

Best,
Ben

I’ve been accessing logmein PC’s behind a ROS network for about a year now and without problems. Do the client PC’s that you are trying to access have an always on connection and full access on port 443?

That is definitely good news to hear. The PC’s are behind an always-on static-ip DSL connection. As far I can tell they have full access to port 443 (and 80), but our company is buying these routers preconfigured to tunnel traffic on private IP ranges back to our domain controllers. At the risk showing my ignorance with ROS, where would I check to verify that 443 is unrestricted?

On another note, can you think of any reasons why they connect some times and not others?

I would recommend, try remotely accessing your computer using on premise R-HUB remote support servers. It provides a simple and easy to use interface, plus works on all platforms viz Windows, MAC, Android, iOS etc.
