Logs are not clear and how to block this IP address

In the logs, the IP address is displayed, which tries to connect
I created two conditions in the rules as shown in the picture, but after that the logs are spammed with the following message anyway dstnat: in:ether1 out:(unknown 0), src-mac 88:90:09:fe:c4:6e, proto TCP (SYN), 80.94.95.227:54422->5.xx.0.xx:xxxxx, len 52
