Why don’t you check official Mikrotik Download page at https://mikrotik.com/download ? It has all the information you’re asking about … and is always current (as opposed to posts here which remain frozen at point in time).
There’s no long-term v7 yet (rightfully so), but that will probably change (in a few months or a couple of years).
